Robert (JJ) Kimble
Elder
Robert Kimble has been a resident of Dubuque Iowa since 1989. Robert graduated from Emmaus Bible College with a Degree in Biblical Studies and a Masters of Arts Degree in Urban Ministry from Grand Canyon University. Robert held the position of Youth and Family Program Director at the Dubuque Community Y from 2002 through 2013. Robert is the CEO and Founder of the Dubuque Dream Center, which was established in 2013 and Pastor of Radius Church. He is married to Nellie Kimble, and they have five daughters.
Chris Peterson
ELDER/PASTOR
Chris Peterson is from Fort Pierce, FL, where he lived 19 years of life. Married to Suzanne Peterson, together they have three children: Hattie, CJ, and Desiree. Chris enjoys family, friends, and playing drums, where he serves at Radius Church. Chris works at the University of Dubuque full-time as a Director of Admission and Aviation Admission Counselor.
Reagan Banasky
ELDER/PASTOR
Reagan Banasky is originally from Dallas, Texas. After high school, he attended Emmaus Bible College and graduated with a degree in Bible Exposition and Theology (2008). For the next five years, he served as the Youth Ministry Director at Lafayette Bible Chapel in Lafayette, Louisiana. From there, he moved with his family to South Carolina to pursue an M.A. in Ministry Leadership at Columbia International University. Reagan now resides in Dubuque, Iowa, and teaches in the Educational Ministries Department at Emmaus Bible College. Married to Rachel, together they have four children: Hamilton, Georgia, Allie and Karis.
Nellie Kimble
HOSPITALITY
Born and raised in Dubuque, Iowa, and married to Robert "J.J." Kimble for 25 years, the couple have 5 daughters and 5 grandchildren.
Nellie: My ministry at Radius is Hospitality. My desire/passion for this ministry is:
- to see lives transformed through obedience in Christ as the truth of His Word is taught.
- to see people grow so they are able to go out into their calling and be effective in the ministry.
Raquel McClellan
MUSIC MINISTRY + EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Born and raised in Rockford, IL, Racquel McClellan came to the city in 2007 as a student at the University of Dubuque where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Sociology in 2012. Racquel has been a member of Radius Church since 2014 alongside her husband, Will, and son Ramone (9). She serves on the Worship Team and with the Dubuque Dream Center.

Octavius Evans
MUSIC MINISTRY COORDINATOR
Originally from Waterloo, Iowa, Octavius is married with one daughter. He currently serves on the Worship Team, in youth ministry, and in the Music & Arts Department at the Dubuque Dream Center. Octavius has been attending Radius since 2019.
Tiffany Williams
CHILDREN'S MINISTRY COORDINATOR
Originally from Atlantic, IA, Tiffany is a new member of Radius as of May, 2021. She is a Emmaus Bible College graduate with double majors in Biblical Studies and Intercultural Studies, and a minor in TESOL. She works as a School Connector with 1st/2nd grade girls at the Dubuque Dream Center and desires to serve Radius to the best of her ability.
Cori Lieb
COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR
Cori was born and raised in Dubuque and graduated from Northeast Iowa Community College in 2011 earning a degree in Criminal Justice. She started volunteering at Radius Church and the Dream Center in 2013 and now serves as our Business Manager/Marketing & Technology Administrator and Communications Coordinator.
Tim Gaffney
FACILITIES MANAGER
Tim was born and raised in Long Beach, CA. He started in the field of car and motorcycle restoration while still in high school. He worked at Classic Motor Car Co. from 1980-1994 when he moved with his wife Laura and three daughters; Michelle, Elizabeth, and Lauren, to Galena, IL. After working at Mike Finnin Motors and while working in his own body shop, he took a job in building maintenance at Tri-State Christian School in Galena where he worked from 2005-2012. From there he went on to be Maintenance Supervisor at Hillcrest Apartments in Dubuque, IA where he worked until joining Radius Church and the Dream Center team in January of 2019.
